If you want to Protect your Hydraulic System from over-pressurization issues, here's the Best Main System Relief Valve available!
Vickers CT-10-F System Relief Valve as Furnished by InMac-Kolstrand - For systems with Up to 100 GPM, with adjustable pressure protection from 1500 to 3000 PSI, will protect your hydraulic pump and other components.
InMac-Kolstrand recommends that every Pressure Circuit be protected by some sort of relief valve. åÊProven CT-10-C Relief Valve is equipped with 1 1/4" NPT Threads for easy installation, is adjustable for different pressure settings, and is the premiere Relief Valve to use.
All Vickers CT Valves come with a gauge port, to allow a system gauge to be easily threaded right in. åÊIf you want to analyze your system in anyway, or adjust the working pressure of your hydraulic circuit, having a system gauge is necessary. åÊDon't have a gauge? åÊNo problem, just select the option below, and we'll furnish a glycerin-filled hydraulic system gauge with the Relief Valve.
InMac-Kolstrand Furnished Vickers CT-10-F System Relief Valve - For Up to 100 GPM & 1500 to 3000 PSI Systems
Valve Description: The CT Relief Valve will limit system pressure by directing pump flow to tank when system pressure reaches the setting of the valve and thus prevents overloading of the system.
Valve Pressure Setting: The pressure setting of the relief valve should be approximately 150 to 200 PSI above the actual system working pressure. åÊA higher setting will waste power and impose unnecessary strains on the hydraulic pump and other components.
Pressure Adjustment: Pressure is adjusted by loosening the Jam Nut and turning the adjustment knob/screw. åÊClockwise rotation increases pressure in the system, and counter-clockwise rotation decreases pressure in the system.
