InMac-Kolstrand Aluminum Take-up Groundline Drum, complete with InMac-Kolstrand AK Gearbox with Hydraulic Motor, and with Automatic Diamond Screw Level Wind.

Drum Measures 74" Diameter Flanges X 72" Between the Flanges X 10" Diameter Barrel Core. Drum constructed with core and flange stiffeners to prevent Spreading of the Drum Flanges, and/or crushing of Drum Core, for Heavy-duty use in the field.

Powered Drum Assembly comes complete with Automatic Stainless Steel Diamond Screw Level Wind for spooling 1" Diameter Line. Drum Assembly is equipped with InMac-Kolstrand Heavy-Duty AK Gearbox and Hydraulic Motor Assembly with Pre-plumbed Directional Control valve to allow complete control of Drum, including Free-wheeling with Brake (to control Drum Speed During Pay-out Operations), and Power-In and Power Out Functions. Drum is also equipped with Manual operated Drum Dog and Ratchet Arrangement for use during Towing operations, and with Cushion Valve Arrangement, to prevent Drum Rotation and Inertia problems.

All materials in the Drum Manufacturing process are of Marine Grade Aluminum and Stainless Steel, for use in the Marine Environment.
